Three teams share the top five plays.

After a busy Sunday of football, deciding on the best plays can be quite challenging.

Week 9 of the 2024 NFL season was anything but.

If you are an NFL fan, I have no doubt you will have already seen these five incredible plays. For those who have not – enjoy!

1. Maye throws touchdown as time expires

I have no idea how many times I have watched this back.

Drake Maye has given the New England Patriots hope of a brighter future. It is plays like this one which continue to inspire hope.

The only disappointment is that the Pats could not go on to win the game in overtime, so this touchdown was ultimately in vain.

2. Barkley hurdles defenders – backwards

This is just absurd. I am still not sure how Saquon Barkley did it.

Is there any other player in the NFL would have been able to pull this off?

I particularly enjoyed the commentary referring to it as a “nifty move”. Understatement!

3. 103-yard Pick Six for Rams rookie

Rams rookie safety Kamren Kinchens set a joint-record for the longest Pick Six by a rookie in NFL history on Sunday.

The play is also the longest go-ahead fourth-quarter touchdown by a rookie ever.

That is one way to make sure the Rams fans remember you.

4. One-hand touchdown grab for Smith

NFL fans have been blessed with some outrageous touchdowns this past week.

This snag by Devonta Smith may not be better than Garrett Wilson’s touchdown on Thursday, but it is still incredible.

The one-handed grab, and the exception footwork to get both feet down. Top class.

5. Rams win it in OT

Another one-handed grab! And this one to win the game.

An incredible throw from Matthew Stafford, and a brilliant catch from Demarcus Robinson.

The Rams-Seahawks game had some big plays, and deserved to be decided by a moment like this.
